a small sounder




a small sounder is a multidisciplinary art collective that was co founded by artists Sarah Flack and Shilo Preshyon in 2025.

 Sarah and Shilo attended the LEÑA Residency on Galinao Island in British Columbia, where they embarked on the beginnings of their first creation. 

With Shilo’s sonic compositions of collaged sounds and Sarah’s otherworldly embodied practice, the two work together to build a world they can one day share with global audiences. 

The two are in the midst of deepening their artistic relationship and creations. Stay tuned for more updates as Sarah and Shilo delve into the world that is, a small sounder.
